I am so thrilled to post today that in just 2 weeks I have lost 3.1 kilos! It's really strange because to tell you the truth - I don't FEEL thinner and I certainly can't visibly see any weight loss yet (my love handles are still certainly there!)- but a loss is a loss, right? And it's very early days. I believe I am still going through a little sugar withdrawal, however I am feeling pretty good - healthy and never hungry! I'm appreciating this weight loss, now, as I realise I may well hit a plateau and come to a point where my weight may not reduce for a period of time. My goal is to lose approx another 7 kilos.
