This is our second week into our withdrawal and so far so good. I have the larger sugar appetite than my partner but he too is enjoying the sugar free zone. Yesterday was my first day of looking for something sweet but thankfully resisted the urge. I recognised that I was very tired and in the past I would seek out the sugar hit to help me through. Shopping is getting easier and quicker and are now using treats such as a massage rather than sugar treats. Looking forward to continuing our journey towards a better health and weight loss as a by product of living a sugar free life.
