    OK, have read the book(s), have seen the light and am ready to give this non-diet a go! Well, starting tomorrow. 
    My main focus is weight loss, so I will be focussing on quitting sugar whilst also being mindful of reducing vegetable/seed oil as much as possible.
    Should be interesting, really looking forward to bacon and eggs for breakfast next weekend!

    Current BMI = FTH (far too high)
    Target = ALL (a lot lower)
    Let's just say, if I could lose 20kg, and not have to worry about dieting again, that would be great.
