Hi
i've been on the no sugar for a while and moderted even more of the other bad stuff, and sadly nothing changed for me. no weight loss at all. so i'm guessing sugar isn't my problem. anyone else with similar thoughts??

How long? Have you done a week or two of monitoring your fructose intake?
What does "modereted" mean?
