A friend of mine has introduced me to Isogenix but from what I have read, their products contain fructose. However, they also contain fibre. Does anyone know much about isogenix/fructose or used isogenix at all? thanks

    See: http://www.isagenix.com/en-CA/products
If you follow the "Products"  link to "ingredients" :
    http://www.isagenix.com/en-CA/products/categories/individual-items/product-b
you will see a number of fruit extracts. Also a shake mixture.

You'll get a lot of unfavourable comments  here - and a lot  of good general information:

It looks like a great way to spend money. Why not just cut fructose from your diet. That's free.

Thanks for a link to that site. It is very interesting. I have reduced my fructose intake dramatically and aim to cut it completely after Easter (as David suggests, don't attempt before you know something is coming up).
The only real reason I contemplated this was that I work 2 jobs and have 2 young children so time to prep clean salads and meals that I have been eating is scarce. Thought it may be way to help me out, time wise. But I'll still with my meals.
    thanks again
