Hello I was grateful to find this website and the discussion forum.  Today is the first day I am going cold turkey.  I have tried this unsuccessfully in the past.  I am hopeful that the support and feedback I get here will make a difference this time.  It's just so encouraging to know that I am not alone with this struggle and that there are people out there that really do get it.
