    COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME IF THE OPTIFAST SHAKES SACHETS HAVE TOO MUCH SUGAR CONTENT, ARE THERE ANY OF THOSE SIMILAR ONES I.E. BIGGEST LOSER, OPTI SLIM, TONY FERGUSON ETC THAT ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS.  WOULD YOU RECOMMEND USING THESE PRODUCTS? OR NOT....I HAVE JUST JOINED AS A MEMBER AND AM NOT SURE WHAT THE ACTUAL BENEFITS ARE, COULD YOU PLESE EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT THE BENEFITS ARE, COMPARED TO NON MEMBERS........CHEERS MANDY

    I've looked at most of the shakes and all the ones I've seen contain dangerous amounts of fructose (including Optifast).  I'm afraid I couldn't recommend you use any of them.  Those shakes work on replacing a meal with a 300 cal milk drink with multivitamins and sugar.  If you want the same effect, you could simply drink a glass of fresh whole milk and swallow a multivitamin.  I don't recommend that as a way of losing weight but it would work and would be much better for you than drinking any of those shakes.

    Re membership ... members can post on these forums and access all the sugar guides, all the research and all the recipes rather than just a select few from each.
