I read in the book Year Without Sugar that the author found that European Ovaltine was something that she was able to drink.  Has anyone had this, is it good, and do you know how many grams of fructose each serving would have?  I'm thinking of ordering some if it fits in with the no-sugar lifestyle, and am just wondering if anyone knows anything about it.
