Hi David, A friend of mine has been sugar free for 2years now and looks great, I have been on so many diets,lost the wait and yes put it all back on, so I have decided to go sugar free and have been for 6weeks, I certainly feel better in myself and no bloated feeling.lost 1.5kg in that time.All I have been doing is buying food that has 3gms of sugar in every 100gms.I also use rice malt syrup,dextrose when cooking with The sweet poison quit plan cookbook.I have noticed that people are writing to you saying that they are enjoying reading you book and can't put it down,can you tell me what that book is called so I can purchase it,I think it will give me a lot more guidance.
