I started to head off fructose with the quit plan, and was getting somewhere

    short of true detox.

Since then I have had health problems that refocussed my sense of urgency.

Now that I know I've had  multiple sclerosis some 10-15 years, I am vigilant on ALL saturated and altered fats.

Professor George Jelinek's Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis lifestyle medicine

    program adds to medication:

restructuring diet and cooking,as well as sunlight, exercise and meditation.

The OMS diet is plant-based, whole-food plus some seafood.

No frying, no meat, no dairy, no poultry, no small goods, not even egg yolks

I believe OMS  is wrong to allow  sugars like honey, and even brown and 'raw' sugar.
