hello, I bought my first bags of dextrose today! Reading the quit plan and it says not to eat dextrose regularly if not fructose free. It may harm you it says. In what way? I'd like to make cakes and biscuits for school. I'm fructose free mostly but my kids aren't. What problems may occur   ? Is it possible to introduce dextrose foods whilst eliminating fructose?
