    Hi all

I am slowly getting through the book (quit plan) and have come to the mayo and dressings.  I understand about the less than 3 g of sugar  and am getting used to the weird looks while studying NIP on the back of everything you pick up.  Some were a shock.

Our family currently uses Cardini's Caesar dressing.  It has listed 1g sugar and 2.1 total carbs.  It has listed in the ingredients  mosasses and glucose syrup at the end.  Is this OK.  I only found it when we moved to melbourne and when visiting relatives in QLD have trouble finding it in the shops.

I hope its on the OK list as we live on ceasar salads. Also if it is OK I highly recomment you look for it.

Also, thanks David for making the print a good size unlike the labels on jars.

    Hope you can help.

Hi Jan, I use Cardini's - I think it's fine.  very low in sugar.  Didn't even notice the Molasses on the label - but it's almost negligable...
