I went cold turkey and it will be five 5 weeks this Sunday.  I have never felt better. My husband and I loved the books, and of course I had to become a member. I truly feel that my body is now finally breathing again, I ate sweets daily ... a few times a day... or more; I was never really in to soft drinks, BUT loved: chocolates, biscuits, cakes ice creams etc.  I can't stop smiling, both hubby and I are so happy and we are so proud to have a sugar-free home!

Before starting this I was really moody especially THAT time of the month and I can really say that I did not even notice it was due this time.  I have really noticed the difference in my moods, I don't feel like a psycho wife .. that anxiety, build up  or what ever we call it... GONE! I really want to share this with other women who experience similar feelings.

My weight has dropped and I only changed ONE thing no sugar... we follow this religiously and IT REALLY WORKS!

Thank you David!   Will keep you posted!

    Hi Andrea

Your comment on THAT time of the month caught my eye. I've been going through early stages of menopause for about a year with all the usual problems. On-again off-again periods. Varying levels of insanity.

Since giving up the evil white crystals I've been period free and reasonably sane. Its a bit early to be conclusive but I think being sugar-free is the holy grail of menopause treatments!

    Fingers crossed! ;-)

Welcome Andrea ... and thanks for the kind words! ... re that time of the month, I reckon I get about 5-10 emails a week from women who say pretty much the same thing, unfortunately research on the link is pretty thin on the ground (you can bet that would be different if men had the problem) ... sounds like it is going brilliantly!

    Cheers

    David.
