Hi, How can I convince a teenage girl, (my granddaughter) how much actual sugar she is ingesting just in having one can of Coca Cola. I mean it's a minefield if you just Google it, with many answers being discounted in some way or another.
Does anyone know of an good link I can give her that shows this? I don't see her very much, and she doesn't correspond much either....so the occasional remark on FB is about all I can expect now & then, so that's about all I do in return, don't want to alienate her for good...sigh....help!
