Am I correct in thinking guide to be sugar free is 3g per 100g in things such as nuts, chips etc.
5g per 100g in lactose things such as milk etc.
Would appreciate an answer from this question.
Looking forward to a list of food which is appropiate, I have been sugar free for a month now, haven't had any side effects except feeling quite tired at times, or sugar cravings.
Haven't been on the scales, feel I have lost weight as clothes are getting loser.

As a general rule that's about it, 3g or 3ml per 100g or per 100mls and for dairy it's about 5g or 5mls per 100g or 100mls.  But it's only a general guide, in my opinion it also depends on the serving amount as well and it depends on the product itself, but if you steer clear of processed foods, eat fresh and stop when you are full then you will be fine.
