smoked salmon is perfectly fine along with any other meats.  The only meats you may need to avoid would be thing in a marinade.

hi I was looking at smoked salmon to get some, an noticed a salt reduced Tassel salmon small packet when I checked the sugar content it had some, can't remember how much so checked a normal packet and it had zero sugar, guess they cant even do low salt with out adding sugar to up the flavour, crazy eh
