    Hi David

You said back in June you were working on a broader guide or even more of a typical eating plan, just wondering how this was coming along??

Also, you mentioned on Facebook that you might be coming to NZ later this year, do you know when this will be and what city (or cities) you will be coming to?

    Cheers  Steph

    Hi,

I am also VERY interested in this as well.  Given that we will never be 'totally sugar free', and being a very black & white person this concept is very difficult for me to get my head around.

DAVID, if you read these posts, can you give an answer, cos I have no idea.  I don't (and haven't for a long time) eaten any obvious sugar, but now of course I am reading labels.   Also, there is sugar (lactose) in milk (and I guess we don't count that), but some fructose in fruit which is counted, but which is also OK because of the fibre.    Now, for example, my step daughter loves to make this spaghetti bol recipe for us and it includes a jar of bol sauce (which has some sugar in it). It's not a very high amount and sugar is low on the ingredients list, and also it will be mixed in with a fair amount of mince, kidney beans etc.    Can I join with the rest of my family and eat it - or not.

    I AM CONFUSED.

    Thanks,

    Jenny

Hi, yes I'm also very interersted in this eating plan also.

I've only just started reading Sweet Poison and will be starting my new sugar free diet soon but I'm a terrible cook and really need as much help as I can get so this eating plan would be fantastic!
