So Carob is rather high in sugar! And it won't satisfy your chocolate cravings either.
What you can do to have chocolate is to make a chocolate drink with cocoa and dextrose.
Also, there are recipes in David's book "Sweet poison quit plan" and on this site for chocolate flavoured deserts, made with cocoa, (which should be the one without added sugar) which should help too.
Don't eat too many though or you will put on weight!!!
cheers
