Hi
I have been looking at the fruits and berries guide and it helps quite a lot when down at the fruit shop.
However Ive noticed it does not contain Mangoes.
Is it possible to have the guide updated to include Mangoes.
Also could David or another person in the know give some idea on the "good" and "bad" of mangoes.
Interested to see what information comes out.
Regards
sb

I have been diagnosed fructose intolerant and mangoes are on the no-go for me, so i would assume it is a high fructose fruit

you can actually find a heap of helpful info here
http://www.foodstandards.gov.au/consumerinformation/nuttab2010/nuttab2010onlinesearchabledatabase/onlineversion.cfm
search for the food your looking for and it breaks down the types of sugars (keeping in mind that sucrose is half fructose. For mangoes, they contain a total of 6.55g fructose per 100g. Also keeping in mind that if you have 1 small mango say about 200g worth, that'll be 13.1g fructose in 1 hit.
