Almond cookies
2 cups almond meal
50g soft butter
1 tblspn rice malt syrup or glucose syrup (I add more to make the bikes sweeter)
1 beaten egg
1/2 tspn vanilla essence
1/2 tspn baking soda
Preheat oven to 150c
In a large bowl mix butter and syrup till creamy, add egg and mix, add rest of stuff and mix till smooth. Place small spoonfuls onto a greased baking tray and flatten with a fork, bake for around 20 mins or until golden. Keep in an airtight. Obtained.
