Does anyone have any recipes for fructose free salad dressings?  All store bought ones seem to contain too much sugar!  Thanks in advance for your help.

just good old lemon juice and olive oil.  I also add salt, pepper and some herbs to my dressings.  I do like white balsamic vinegar (it does contain sugar as does balsamic vinegar, but 1 tablespoon worth over a salad to serve 2-4 people isn't much).

Hi Maureen - this is my favourite sugar free mayonnaise recipe:

Put 2 eggs, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar & 1 clove garlic, crushed into blender and give it all a whirl then slowly add approx 1 1/2 cups olive oil (I use extra light) while blender is still rotating.

Thanks for the recipes, I did find a Paul Newmans creamy balsamic dressing when I was in town today.  It only has 0.5g sugar per 100g which is pretty good.  I haven't tasted it yet but hopefully it will be yummy.  It says it contains cane sugar but it is a long way down the list so it must be a very small amount.

    Cheers

    Maureen

Try Kewpie mayonnaise, it is Japanese mayonnaise.
