3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup bran flakes
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped mixed oven roasted nuts (unsalted)
1/2 cup glucose syrup
tbs vanilla extract
tbs cinnamon
1/4 cup olive oil
mix all dry ingredients together in bowl
melt the syrup oil cinnamon and vanilla in a small saucepan until it bubbles and turns golden
pour over the muesli mixture and stir through well
spread over lined baking tray in an even layer
toast in oven at 150 c for 30 minutes or until golden brown
cool and store in container for brekkys or snacks
