    Does anyone have a recipe for a stir fry sauce that doesn't have any sugar?  I used to use a Kikkoman Soy & Ginger base, which is divine - until I read how much sugar it contains.

    Hi I just grind fresh ginger, garlic an chilli an use tarmri for  stir frys now, not saucy as in the bottle type stuff, but gives it a bit of a kick.

    Thanks Debra.  I'll try using Tamari and experiment with those ingredients :-)
