Granola bars (Fructose-free)
6 c. old-fashioned oats
1 c. ground flax seed
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped almonds
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 3/4 c. raisins
4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate - shaved (or finely chopped)
1 c. flour
2 tsp bak soda
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c. butter (softened)
1 c. Barley malt syrup
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix dry ingredients then add the rest. Lightly press mixture into a sprayed cookie sheet (larger than 9x13 pan). Bake 18-22 min.
