Combine 4oz.marg. with 1 cup dextrose - mix together.
Add 3 mashed bananas and 3 eggs.
Gradually add 2 and a bit SR flour, mix 4 tablespoons warm milk with 1 teaspoon bicarb,
add to mixture. Put in greased loaf tin and bake in moderate oven for 1 hour. Fan-forced less.
Add 1 cup grated carrot for banana & carrot cake.
