i was about to make home made chocolate, but the coconut oil is a no-no for me as it is high in cholesterol ! i'm getting a bit frustrated!
interesting about the copha as well. i'll give the no sugar commercial brands a read of the label.
but it looks like, for me, anyhow, no chocolate!
Also i haven't lost any weight. i'm thinking that sugar is not the issue for me. Anyone got any similar thoughts?
