I wouldnt use copha for chocolate its not good stuff, I honestly haven't had a need to eat chocolate since being sugar free, my weight hasnt changed much, but what has happened is I dont put any on now so I'm pretty much eating an drinking what I like with no weight gain at all, which is huge considering before a bad day or 2 would see me gaining 1-2 kilos. So for me sugar was the guilty party. I have high cholesterol as well but I am eating an using coconut oil, so will have to see what happens with the next blood test.
