can anybody please tell me of a brand that is able to be bought in Australia that we can actually eat - the unsalted I think was the one we are to use.  I have only found the Coles Smooth or Crunchy no added salt which has High-Oleic Peantus, vegetable oil, stabliser and im not sure if you can eat that or not because no one will answer my previous post about peanut butter :)

I thought I'd answered it.  I'd go to a health food store and see if they can make it without vegetable oil, but, vegetable oil is part of the overall plan but NOT related to sugar.  That is, it's not addictive and doesn't affect your weight directly.  It helps cause cancer, which is no small thing, but, you can have a bit of vegetable oil more readily than you can have a bit of sugar ( won't stop withdrawal, is not addictive, won't mess up your appetite control, etc ).

Sanitarium has a Natural Peanut Paste with no added sugar or salt. 100% freshly roasted peanuts.  Don't get this confused with their other Sanitarium no added salt one.  You can find the "Natural" peanut paste in the health foods section of Woolworths, and I suppose Coles.
Here is a link, you can get it in smooth or crunchy http://www.sanitarium.com.au/products/spreads/peanut-butter/natural-crunchy
