woolworths homebrand skim milk powder

    bit of help needed - a 1kg bag of this stuff says that per 250ml there are 13.2g of sugar.  then it has a DI of 15% per the 250ml.  the ingredients say = skim milk.  does this mean it is all lactose?

    David recommends full fat products and that we should avoid low fat or skim

    yes all lactose, but why not go for full cream instead.
