They are basically awesome, I grew up on those things. As a spiced biscuit, I bet they are low in sugar, relatively speaking. Really, I think you need to decide for your self what you allow, I don't think anyone here has the right to make a statement that you value more highly than your own conclusions. David says 10g of sugar a day. Assuming you follow that, you need to take the 3 g or whatever in one of these in to account. Or perhaps for your kids you find it too hard, and so you just decide that 3 g per biscuit has to be better than Tim Tams.
