Hi, I'm in Whistler for 6 months skiing & craving a hot chocolate. I brought pure organic cacao powder one tablespoon & use One tsp krisda & milk, is this ok? How many can I have a week?
Cheers Carrie

Hi Carrie.
its sad no-one has replied to you... I am afraid I don't know if dextrose is something different there as I am in Australia. You can use xylitol as a sweetener or Stevia if they have it, but glucose syrup is also okay..hope this helps a bit.

Hi Carrie if your cocoa powder has no sugar in it you can have it every night, as long as your sweetener is on the okay list, I can actually drink a hot chocolate without sugar now but I dont have it every night.
cheers Deb
