Hi, We have passed the one week stage of our future food habits, and my husband and I have lost a half a kilo each. My query is regarding the amount of fruit, do we regard strawberries and other berries, is it 100g serve? I was raised on a strawberry growing farm and snacked on them regularly then. One of my past loves was bananas, if I choose a green banana, which I have done in the past to remain regular, I am hoping that would be ok. One other query, does anyone have any other ideas, with using avocados other than on toast. We have heaps at the moment. Any advice would be most appreciated.
