    Hi all,a friend of mine has just started a isagenix program..I noted with some horror that the "snacks" they supply contain fructose...actually the actual shake contains fructose as well....

    What's  going on there...weight loss?

    I find that hard to swallow !(excuse the pun)

    Oh that Isagenix stuff is everywhere!  I've noticed that it's very popular here on site (I'm on Barrow) as there are always boxes of the stuff waiting to be collected from admin whenever I drop in.  It seems that people are more than willing to chase the magic pill process rather than make any dietary changes.  When I was working on a mine near Port Hedland one of the shops in town that did a thriving business was MuscleWorx.  Massive tubs of protein powder full of sugar ... yuk!

    it's one of those old-fashioned schemes which derives the most income from selling the program rather than the product. Ir ecommend that you bin it.
