Just wondering why not to use dextrose unless you're completely sugar free---what is completely sugar free anyway??

That's to do with withdrawals.....If after you have gone through the withdrawal period & you feel you still need sweet stuff, using fructose free substitutes is the way to go. You can use Dextrose, good in baking, or Rice Malt Syrup, good in liquids, or on your porridge, or Stevia, in your hot drinks. I use Natvia brand Stevia tabs, and Pure Harvest Rice Malt Syrup, both available in Coles & Woolies....I don't bake as much as I did when I first went through this process, so not so much Dextrose these days, obviously more things you can use these things for.

Happy days, it works, but does take a few weeks to get past the withdrawals, every person is different, in how long that will be.

Peace and Love to you all

    Sylvia xx
