I used to like Chai Latte and today they were on special and when I read the label 6g/100 and it said Glucose syrup so I got it. It tasted so sweet and not as nice as my memory so I re-read the label with my glasses this time. Guess what? There was sugar in second place. A friend of mine is going to be happy as she loves the stuff.
I still have diet softdrinks and coffee with a little stevia (1/4 spoon, used to be 1-2) as well as my water. After 3 months is this ok. Afraid I still like something nice to drink.
I'm not getting older the labels are getting smaller.
