I’m only on day 6, but I had the best night’s sleep last night that I’ve had in years, I actually woke up refreshed and the brain fog is lifting. I noticed with interested in the ‘quit plan’ book a couple of lines regarding fructose inhibiting iodine absorption. I have thyroid disease and I am really beginning to wonder if sugar addiction plus peri-menopause & the related decline in oestrogen pushed me over the edge 4 years ago towards full blown hypothyroidism.
