Here in earthquake ridden Christchurch, people are being fed sugar! Well meaning people are baking muffins and sending muesli bars and chocolate, NOOOOO! It's adding to the misery inadvertantly!
Anyhow, I'm not touching that stuff, however much it hurts a person's feelings, (I am very polite though!) ...so this is good ...and so busy that I'm getting hungrier more often and the weight loss that had slowed down (but had continued in a trickley way) has had a boost, all that shovelling silt and moving bricks, and eating stale bread with butter and old cheese (ok I AM exaggerating a little for effect here)
phew, earthquake nervousness, it shows in increased volubility in my family.
So if you are stuck on the weight loss front, don't let it take a quake to get you up and moving around, get cleaning the house or do a bit of weeding, sort out the cupboards, prissy around a whole lot more... (good music on energizes me) a short walk as well, the overall business keeps you away from nibbling carbs.
Still off sugar, since August last year. Lost 10kg. Slow, but it doesn't come back, unlike dieting. Cheers, from Christchurch. :)
