Bought my favourite yoghurt the other day ( yoplait forme french vanilla) after a while I recognised that it tasted really good and better than before. I had a look on the ingredients and discovered they have addded fructose to the ingredience. They still trick you by saying less than 1% added sugar. Before they only added artifical sweetener now it has fructose, will need to look at another brand.

Sad about this because it was a great low fat youghurt. Nice and low in sugar for diabetics

    Cheers from Anna

Just when you think you have it under control and cruising.  They did the same to staminade.

Hi. I have seen Nestle Diet have clarified their listings- there Passionfruit, for eg, lists the 'sugars per serve/150g  as 4.1g: fructose-.1g, sucrose .1 g, lactose 3.6g.' They seem to have become aware of our requirements, so its great the sugar mix is clarified- these are yummy yoghurts, with acceptible levels of sugar, it seems. Their Lemon- meringue flavour is to die for!

I used to love that flavour! I also used to like the Vaallia French Vanilla yoghurt. But you know what, nothing beats natural greek full fat yoghurt mixed with dextrose.  You can even mix a splash of vanilla essence with plain natural yoghurt and some dextrose and even some berries.  Make you own flavours.
