Makes sense to me. I'm going to be getting myself back onto normal milk asap. I will add it gradually, as if I drink it now, it makes me feel a bit nauseous, it's so rich, & I've been drinking skim milk for years now.
Warning about the site, it dos have ads. And he will try & flog you his own stuff, but it still made sense to me, I was a bit skeptical before this, but am now convinced. Not sure why, just am!!!'

Hi Sylvia
Thanks for the link, very good article.
You could do what my husband does............I buy un homogenized full cream milk.........Pauls organic milk. My husband found it a bit too creamy too so what he does is simply use a bit less of it in his tea.
You can get it in any supermarket. I prefer the un homogenized milk because it is closer to the natural raw milk we all used to drink as children. I would like to get raw milk but it's illegal in NSW and the nearest health food shop which sells it is too far away. And they got fined for selling "Cleopatra's bath milk" as a drinking milk. "Cleopatra's bath milk" is a raw milk sold for cosmetic purposes but a lot of people do drink it.
By the way, you can put an actual working link in your posts by clicking on "Link" which is up on the far left hand side of the second row of icons at the top of the post you are writing. There is a drop down box with labels in it, the first one says "Insert link". You click on that and get a panel. In the panel, on the left, it has a box which says "insert url or email"
Drop your link in there. Then at the bottom are the words "insert link" you click on that and it puts an active link right in your post!!!
How good is that?
cheers
