Try eating 5 smaller meals per day never let yourself get hungry and always try to eat a small amount of protein each meal. Make your last meal of the day the smallest and I always keep good nuts on hand I love almonds eat a few if you get hungry it always works for me and they are really healthy for you I often use these if i get the munchies at night just a couple takes the hunger pangs away.
I always eat boiled eggs each day so filling and easy protein and they are good for you.
Also google virgin coconut oil not the badie we have all been lead to believe by big corporations. These sites will explain the difference between coconut oil and other oils and why it is so good for you.
I have switched over completely and use nothing else except virgin olive oil on salads. I even use it as a moisterizer adding a few laverder drops.
And never use margarine it starts out as plastic then the companies add all the chemicals and colourings to make it look good. All those adverts on TV are designed to make you think it is healthy but I bet they don't use it for their families. Use butter only good animal fat is also not a real badie. Please do some research of your own on margarine and oils. Please don't be fooled by the canola oil they add to make it soft, they also use it in butter for that reason.
