Hey, Ronald. I agree. Sadly, my wife and daughter have just started the 'sugar shakes weight loss plan'. I am hoping to lose more weight than they do, and keep it off, so they follow me. I am far and away the biggest sugar eater in the house, though. I keep looking sadly at all the chocolates I had stockpiled....
