    Some may already know this but i thought i  would share just in case some don't know. Bakers delight make sourdough bread without any sugar . I don't like it as fresh bread but for toast it is delicious.

    Yes, sugar free bread is a struggle.  I am finding there's a few seed breads that have no sugar, but next to no white ones ( I prefer seeds, but I'm trying to give my family LESS sugar, so they are weaned off it a bit before I start to push for them to join me )

    I get my bread deliverd by aussie farmers and they have a multigrain loaf with 1.3g and a multi sour dough 0.3 really yum as toast.
