Am a bit suspicious about Coke Zero. Coca Cola are very obscure about what is in it. Can anyone assist? Is it acceptable or not?

I would suspect that it's probably 'OK' during withdrawal, but I'd trust Diet Coke more.  Having said that, the long term goal is probably not to drink any of those 'diet' drinks.  I 'cheated' yesterday by drinking a mouthful of my wife's Pepsi Max, and it tasted really sweet and syrupy, then we realised she'd bought Pepsi by mistake.  I suspect if I was still drinking 'diet' drinks instead of water, I'd have been less likely to notice.

    Hi Colin and Christian

I noticed your comments on Coke Zero, so I googled and just as I thought, I wouldn't put anything from the Cococola company because they are owned partly or maybe fully by Monsanto a dispicible company that first produced aspartame which is in coke zero, I suggest you google the coke zero movement and have a read then google the company Monsanto if there was one company in the world I had the ability to shut down I would do it in a heart beat, they are so dirty they produced

Agent Orange in the Vietnam war, and we all know how harmful that was. They are the produces of Round up a poison that none of us should touch, They are the company behind most of the Genetically Modified foods being force on us without our knowledge and our Govt are allowing it.

Please do some research and please don't touch anything that is called diet or sugarless anything.

Sorry to go on but if we don't look out for ourselves and each other believe me our Govts won't.

    Deborah
