My partner is dairy intolerant and for most of our cooking we have substituted Nuttelex for margarine which contains milk, and butter. Does anyone know how Nuttlex stacks up both from a sugar perspective and also from a toxic oils perspective?

I'm not dairy intolerant and am loving putting butter back into my diet.:-)

Sorry, I can't answer this but I'm curious to read any replies as my granddaughter is also intolerant to all dairy and eats nuttlex. Given it's an 'artificial' product I'm rather concerned about it.

It contains 33%  polyunsaturated fats - anything over 2% is undesirable according to David;'s Big Fat Lies.  http://www.nuttelex.com.au/products/nuttelex-original/

    Just eat butter.

Do some research in relation to your partner being dairy intolerant. e.g. Google "homemade non dairy butter substitute"  there are lots of suggestions there.

Try asking David on the Sweet Poison web site.
