Hi everyone, I'm hoping I can get some clarification on something. In David's new book, Eat Real Food, there is a shopping list at the end of the book, with suggestions on appropriate foods to buy for each category.

In the yoghurt section, he suggests buying Black Swan Greek Style Naturally Sweet yoghurt and the Black Swan Greek Style Vanilla Bean yoghurt. However, both these yoghurts contain inulin, which I thought was a no no. Can anyone explain this?

    Thanks

I always advise using Jalna Greek Yoghurt....the thing to look for is 'milk solids' in yoghurt....the Jalna one has none!  And it is all natural no added anything!

Also, it is quite delicious....Woolies regularly have the 1 kg size on special for around $4.00. might have gone up to $5, though, It lasts for ages, I keep mine right at the back of the fridge, where it partially freezes....lol....

Love this yoghurt....I recommend it to anyone & everyone I can...

Good luck on your Journey, Carol...

    Peace & Love
