Reversing diseases

I know this is not a medical site but I am going to ask a couple of questions that may need more than a simple answer. I realise that taking fructose out of the diet will often reverse Type 2 diabetes but can it also improve some of the other diseases excess fructose causes? Also can stopping the seed oils and balancing Omega 6/3 reverse some of the damage caused. I'm particularly thinking of the immune-system inflammation response. My husband had his first heart attack at 49 and second at 53  and is classic metabolic syndrome. He now has Cardiac Failure and Chronic Pain Syndrome. He is 66. It would be nice if he could see an improvement in his overall health by following David's "Eat Real Food" I am excited about trying it but would like to be able to encourage my husband that it will help him. He feels pretty discouraged at his state of health. Thanks for reading all this.

    Hi Elizabeth,

You are seem to be  asking for medical advice and I am no in a position to give you that. David may like to comment, and you can probably contact him at:

I  sympathise with your dilemma, but don't think I  can help directly.
