I use mustard as both an ingredient and a condiment...

but never liked American sugar-sauce 'mustard' ;-)

My choices Maille grain, Maille Dijon are at 6% sugars and out.

I also use Hot English Mustard, I suspect my brand, Masterfood could

    be out too.

    I live in Canberra.

Does anyone know any Real Food/ safe sugar replacements?

    Cheers,

The guy who started this whole thing off in 1972 was Dr John Yudkin. He said, among other things that the definition of a "poison" includes not just the toxicity of the chemical, but the amount ingested. So unless you are eating mustard by the dessertspoonful, it really doesn't matter how much sugar is in it.

Is store bought kimchi ok? Last time I kept this up for 6 months then I cracked after eating sushi, thinking how pure Japanese food is for you while the half a teaspoon of sugar in each sushi piece broke me.
