    Hi everyone

I've worked my way through David's books and was wondering if there are any other titles that you'd recommend.  I'm basically after reading material that will keep me motivated/inspired while I get healthy.  I'm in a FIFO camp so after a bit of yoga I'm looking for other ways to keep busy instead of meandering over to the shop/mess ... heh.

    Thanks in advance!

I think Sarah Wilson's books are also helpful and inspiring.

Robert Lustig's updated version of John Yudkin's original "Pure White & Deadly" is worth reading. - "The Real Truth About Sugar". And his "Fat Chance" ditto. David's "Toxic Oil" is also worth a look. If you have any trouble finding these in a bookshop, try Fishpond - good prices and post-free. Also check out Peter Fitzsimmons "The Great Aussie Bloke Slim Down".
