Bread - Eat Real Food

    Has anyone tried the bread recipe from David's book Eat Real Food?

    I've made it twice now, first in a breadmaker and secondly by hand and in the oven exactly as the recipe suggests. However, it is very dense and heavy, and only really edible as toast. If anyone has any suggestions to alter it and make it lighter or has a complete new recipe similar I would love to hear from you.
