yes and yes Anne ... but as long as you eat the whole thing you should be right ... the no juicing rule applies to tomatoes too :-)

I put them on the Vegetable graph instead of the fruit graph because they're more likely to appear in a salad than a fruit salad ... but as a fruit goes they tick all the right boxes with low fructose content - at 2% they are lower than all other fruits and most berries.
