Hi my wife brought home some Glucose syrup that I asked her to buy. I noticed that it is derived from corn!!!!!! and gluten free. the NIB says it has 80g per 100g Carbohydrate and 28g per 100g of sugar. Is this the correct Glucose syrup or have we got the wrong one? Cheers Murray

Hi Murray, there is another thread on this forum covering this question. In short if it is Queen brand, it is 100% glucose despite it being flagged as derived from corn. Cheers David F
